Another month has already come and gone.. how can it be?!? We hope toÊhave only 4 more months to go. We covet your continued prayers. LukeÊhas been sick for aÊfew weeks and unable to shake it. (Could be that he's working at least 13 hours a day 6 days a week!) We just have the end in sight now, so it's getting to feel more real by the day... andÊ8Ê months of living in a basement is a strain in and of itself. We also need prayer for helpers. The help has tapered off a bit and we still need lots of guys. We also still have a huge financial gap and we don't know how God will provide it. The timing of leaving the church that we've been comfortable at for a decade and be "the newÊpeople" at a new church has added stress. And, I've been having seziures a few times a week. So... we really, really covet your continued prayers. And, know that we are praying for your families as well! Those of you who have helped physically or financially and those of you who have been faithful to lift us up before our good God.

Here's the slideshow for September:

Before they could pour the basement, they had to get the plumbing under the ground.

Brad & his son Chaz put a good sized dent in what's left of the inside framing.

The kids & I took the day off school & got to watch them pour the front porch & garage. It was a homeschool lesson I never could have taught them!

They even let the kids put their handprints in!

There was some work to do to get ready for siding (being installed as we speak!!)

And, a little buttoning-up to do up in the rafters. And, let me assure you, Luke is NEVER sad when he "has" to  work up there!

And, the ABSOULTE highlight of the month... the ramp in the garage.  Selah can go down it all by herself. You know life is good when you're crying for joy over a piece of concrete!
